We have worked hard to accurately display the colours and images of our products on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on your computer monitor will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Price of Products

The prices for our products are available on our website. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may occur. Changes to prices will not affect any orders that we have already confirmed with a Dispatch Confirmation.

If we find an error in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you and provide the option to either proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not process your order until we receive your instructions.

If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat your order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

Daniel Mario Borg is not currently required to charge VAT. The price of a Product includes delivery charges to the UK.

Please note that if the pricing error is clear and unmistakable, and could have been reasonably recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obligated to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe, Wix Payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored by us.

Returns & Refunds

If you have an undamaged product that you would like to return, please email us at danielmarioborg@gmail.com as soon as possible. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Please use a trackable mailing service with insurance for the return, as the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Please return all products in their original packaging. Items returned in insufficient packaging may not be accepted. All products must be in perfect condition.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your returned item.

A full refund will be processed to your payment account within 7 working days of receiving the undamaged returned item, excluding delivery costs. Please note that commissioned items are non-refundable.

Risk & Ownership

The risk of loss or damage to any product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the product remains with us until we have received full payment.

The customer does not have the right to resell any products until full payment has been received.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy while you shop online. The information you provide will be used in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When you place an order, we will collect the following details: your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for processing your order and keeping you updated on its progress.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all information on this website is accurate; however, errors or omissions may still occur. If you notice any inaccuracies, please contact us at danielmarioborg@gmail.com, and we will correct them as soon as we verify the information.

We cannot guarantee the availability of the exact product as described at the specified price if there are errors or omissions. In the event of human error or technical malfunctions, the prices listed on our site do not bind us to complete the sale.

Restrictions

We will not be liable to you if we cannot fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, or difficulties in obtaining materials and/or labour. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate the contract.
